In this role, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the design and construction of various projects from start to finish. Your creativity, attention to detail, and technical expertise will be crucial in delivering outstanding results for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and goals for each project
• Develop design concepts and present proposals to clients for approval
• Create detailed architectural drawings and specifications
• Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and other professionals throughout the construction process
• Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
• Mentor junior team members and provide guidance and support as needed

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
• Licensed architect with a minimum of 5 years of experience
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and other design software
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
